Social Democratic Party (SDP) Pass Vote Of No Confidence On Acting Chairman/Secreta

T he Social Democratic Party, (SDP) National Executive Committee, (NEC) on Saturday, passed a Vote of no confidence on the acting national Chair, Dr Olu Agunloye and national Secretary, Shehu Gabam. The two party leaders were alleged to have committed various abuses of the constitution. A communique of the party from the meeting which was held in Abuja on Saturday, stated that; “The NEC considered the various abuses of the constitution by the following underlisted officers and therefore agreed by majority to suspend, Alhaji Shehu Gabam and Dr. Agunloye.” The NEC also fixed the national convention of the party for April 27 to 29, this year. It was presided over by the party’s deputy national Chairman (North), Dr Abdul Ahmed Isiaq, who was hitherto suspended by the party. Abiola Was Not Killed, He Died After Falling ILL- Abdulsalami

A fter years of Chief Kashimawo Abiola, popularly known as MKO's demise, it has been revealed  that contrary to the general belief by Nigerians and watchers of Nigerian politics all over the world, who had believed that the winner of the June 12 1993, Kashimawo Abiola was killed, Gen Abdulsalami Abubakar, a former Nigerian Head of State has shed more light on the issue. Will Crush Terrorists In Nigeria " - Buhari Assures Citizens.

As the voice of Nigerian cry louder in pain over the security challenges bedeviling the country, President Muhammadu Buhari has assured  that his administration will crush terrorists in Nigeria.  Buhari emphasised that residents of Kaduna should be assured of his government's  determination to crush terrorists and criminal gangs operating in the state and in other parts of the Nigeria. 2023 Presidency Ohanaeze Seeks Support Of North, Earmark N10b To Support Igbo Candidate.

The support for a presidential candidate of Igbo extraction seems to have reached an appreciation level as Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide has visited the northern part of the country to solicit for the region's support. The former Chairman of the Appropriation Committee federal House of Representative, representing Kiru/Bebeji from Kano State, Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa has organized a special prayer for the peaceful Coexistence of the Nation and successful emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as next Nigeria’s president. The special prayer took place at Kofa’s residence in Kofa village Bebeji Local Government Area of Kano state. The National prayers were attended by about 2000 Ulamas drawn from various Muslim denominations in the state who sought divine intervention for peace and stability of the nation.
