Prof. Utsev Offers Prayers, Reaffirms Commitment On His Birthday





Nigeria's Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, has prayed for God’s continued guidance to enable him to effectively support the impactful policies and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. as well as the visionary leadership of his political mentor, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Dr. George Akume.

The Minister offered the prayers while expressing deep gratitude to God as he marks his birthday today.

 Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, who also prayed for renewed wisdom, strength, and good health to continue serving the nation with greater dedication, reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to ensuring the success of key national initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of Nigerians, especially in the critical areas of water resources development, food security, and hydropower sustainability.

According to him, "The Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation remains focused on scaling up access to clean, safe, and sustainable water for all Nigerians, boosting food production through irrigated agriculture, and advancing hydropower generation to support national growth.

Prof. Utsev expressed heartfelt appreciation to all Nigerians for their support and goodwill and pledged to continue working diligently towards the realization of a more prosperous and sustainable future for the country.

Gives Hope To Nigerians suffering From River Blindness/ Elephantiasis. The Federal Government of Nigeria and SightSavers, an international charity working to prevent avoidable blindness, fight disease and support equality for women, girls and people, have recorded a public health milestone.
